  Medication Side Effects

The Matson Evaluation of Drug Side-effects (MEDS) is an assessment designed for use across different populations (e.g., children, adults, individuals with intellectual disability) to assess side effects from psychoactive medications. The MEDS was designed to maintain the benefits of previous side scales while expanding on categories of side-effects and providing a more simplified rating format.

The Scale for the Evaluation and Identification of seizures, Epilepsy, and Anticonulsant Side-effects-B (SEIZES-B) is an assessment designed to measure side effects specific to AEDs. The SEIZES-B has a user friendly rating scale for documented side effects associated with AED use.
